  • Once I select 'book now' will I be charged?
    No, once you submit your booking information a booking confirmation will be sent to you with the option to add or remove activities. Once confirmed, we will book your trip and you will be emailed the details outling your upcoming Barbados experience.
  • How do payment plans work?
    You have the option to pay in full or make a deposit and additional monthly payments. You will see this on your booking confirmation page. Please note, the full price of the trip will be due 60 days prior to departure.
  • Are flights included in the packages?
    No. Flights are not included in the pricing, but if you would like to add airfare please let us know if your bookings submission.
  • How does pricing work?
    Each package is customizable. As a base, we start with the 4 star acommodation, hotel transfers, fast track airport service, and travel insurance and we build on activities from there. You will recieve your quote within 24 hours of submittal.
  • What if I just want an itinerary?
    Great! We'd be happy to plan the ins and outs of your trip. You have the option of just purchasing the itinerary, which will include 5-7 days worth of recommendations with each day planned out. Itineraries will be generated based off your form submission. You will receive the itinerary upon payment. Itineraries are a one time non-refundable fee, thus no payment plan available. Payment plans are only available for travel pacakges.
